From the Ground Floor a spiral staircase takes you to the First Floor where you will find one Large Double Bedroom with En.Suite Bathroom and Studio Area with Writing Desk.

In the First Floor Bathroom there is a washing machine and iron and ironing board. English Books, Magazines and Board Games are available in the property.
A well marked private parking space is provided outside the Apartment.

This is a wonderful base for those who wish to enjoy Lake Como – exploring the lake by car or boat, the public boats leave from Limonta landing stage just 10 mins walk from the property, as well as for those who wish to head further afield.

Bellagio, the pearl of Lake Como, is just five minutes drive away.
For those who enjoy walking, there are some great walks which begin in Limonta’s town square just 5 mins walk from the apartment, these walks are not only scenic but they also take you along well kept footpaths and into the countryside which surrounds the Lake…
