Tuscany villa rental located within the famous vineyards of the prestigious Tuscany Chianti area near Greve in Chianti.

This villa could be considered a perfect location for anyone who wants to combine a relaxing day at the pool, a short walk to a nearby winery where taste high quality Chianti Classico wines and afterwards a candle light dinner on one of the several patios adjacent to the villa.
The Tuscany art cities of Florence, Siena, Arezzo and all the hilltop medieval Chianti villages are close enough for a day trip!

The main house of the villa rental boasts four bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a new private outdoor swimming pool, modern kitchen facilities, several outdoor patio areas, satellite TV, washing machine with dryer, even an outdoor wood burning pizza oven.

On request is available within the villa a private apartment with two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and living/dining room. This additional apartment allows guests to have another option for privacy including a separate entrance, living and sleeping quarters.

Please note that Villa Malvasia will not be rented to more than one party at a time.
