Villa Panzano - Colle Apartment

The Property:
Villa Panzano is a large ancient Tuscany farmhouse composed of 4 independent apartments (Colle, Limone, Vigneto, Torrino) which can be rented together or separately.
Each rental apartment of the farmhouse is provided with separate entrance and has its private garden with iron table and chairs for al fresco Dinner.
From the apartments you will enjoy of the view on the Chianti vineyards, that is one of the most picturesque in Tuscany.
The ancient and typical farmhouse now totally restored and carefully remodeled respecting the original Tuscan style. The carefully chosen furniture and materials reflect an elegant and comfortable Tuscan style and include handsome antiques and local handcrafted pieces.
The small village of Panzano – whose origins go back to the Middle Age – is walking distance from the estate main gate, shops and restaurants are only at 5 minutes walk away!
The apartment is ideally placed for excursions in the area, winery visits and wine tastings, visit of the most famous art towns of Tuscany like Florence, Siena, Arezzo, San Gimignano, each of them distant less than one hour driving.

From the living room one goes down a few steps to a large room consisting of the fully-equipped kitchen and the dining area. It is dominated by a big, panoramic arched window which overlooks the vineyard valley beyond.
In the living room a solid spiral staircase of contemporary design has been built around the massive column, and leads up to the second floor where two double bedrooms, each with bath en suite, are located.
Two other spacious double bedrooms, also with bath en suite, are located in a wing of the apartment near the main entrance facing the swimming pool.
Colle apartment rental comes with a private garden, furnished for outdoor living, which is particularly well-positioned, with views directly ahead over the Chianti vineyard valley and the swimming pool with its sun terrace to one side.
