The property originally was a traditional Tuscany olive press used by villagers to press their yearly harvest, now after the restoration has turned it into a charming and comfortable 4 bedroom luxury villa (fully heated and air-conditioned) offering views across the swimming pool and down the valley towards the medieval walled town of Lucca.

The villa has maintained its rustic character with original terra-cotta tiles and wooden beamed ceilings throughout.
For al fresco dining, table and chairs with large umbrellas are placed on the lawns, allowing guests to dinner while watching the sunset over the valley and Lucca beyond in an atmosphere of a pleasant relax.
