VILLA LESLIE

For anyone looking for total seclusion and leisure in one of the most picturesque areas of Northern Italy, Villa Leslie, with its expansive views of the serene waters of Lake Como, is the ideal hideaway. Villa Leslie, one of Lake Como's most distinctive and historic villas, is situated on the water and just five minutes' drive from the town center. With eight bedrooms in the Main Villa and three bedrooms in the Guest House, Villa Leslie, which underwent a masterful renovation in 2009, can host up to 23 guests.

This exquisite neoclassical property overlooks the lake and is surrounded by a big verdant garden. It features a private swimming pool that can be heated upon request at an extra fee, as well as a spacious poolside area furnished with comfy sun loungers that invite guests to relax. With its peaceful ambiance, the patio is the perfect place to spend amazing times unwinding with a nice book and a drink of prosecco.

Completed in 2009, a three-year restoration brought back all of the 1772 artwork's artistic grandeur while also including contemporary amenities. In addition to three extra guests, the Main Villa can easily accommodate sixteen people. The ground level, which is covered in frescoes, has a grand piano (which should only be played by professionals), a spiral marble staircase, and an elegant lobby with a ceiling covered in frescoes. A shower-equipped washroom and a fully-stocked gym are located on the same floor. The villa's storeys are connected via an elevator and a stairway.

The main formal living room with its original fresco and mosaic floor, a casual living area, and a spacious dining room that can seat up to fourteen people are all located on the first floor, which offers an elegant ambiance. Additionally, there is a private balcony on the same level that is ideal for al fresco breakfasts and offers views of the garden and swimming pool. Additionally, there is a guest bathroom and a fully functional kitchen on the first level. A double (or twin) bedroom with a king-size bed and an attached shower-only bathroom is also featured on the first floor.

Five bedrooms are located on the second floor: two double bedrooms that share a shower and a walk-in closet, a master double bedroom with a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a tub and shower, and another double bedroom with a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. An additional bed in this room can be added upon request. Additionally, there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer on the same floor.

Two bedrooms can be found on the third floor, which is accessible by elevator. The first bedroom is a double bedroom with a king-size bed and a cozy French sofa bed, as well as an en suite shower bathroom. The second bedroom is a triple bedroom with a queen-size bed, a single bed, and an en suite shower bathroom. Note that for maximum privacy, the garden is completely encircled by hedges and stone walls. Additionally, the rear gate leads to the well-known promenade beside the lake.


Guest House:
The Guest House is situated next to the Main Villa. The Main Villa and the Guest House are separated by a gate that can be closed, and they share the same garden. Additionally, the Guest House has a separate entrance from the street. A stairway from the ground level takes you to the first floor, where there's a TV room, three bedrooms (one with a single bed, one with a double bed), and a bathroom with a tub. A compact terrace, a fully furnished kitchen, and a double bedroom with a shower-only en suite bathroom are also located on the same floor.

A third double bedroom is located on the upper floor. Up to seven guests and a kid can sleep comfortably in the Guest House thanks to a cozy sofa bed that is available upon request. Both the Main Villa and the Guest House at Villa Leslie have air conditioning. The visitors of the property get exclusive usage of the bikes.
