Luxury Rental villa in Moltrasio, Como Lake, recently refurbished to a high standard. This elegant lakeside property can accommodate up to 11 guests and offers a flexible combination of sumptuous accommodation spread out between the main villa and the adjacent tower.

The main villa sleeps six (plus one) guests and has two double bedrooms on the first floor, one with a balcony and the other with a private, furnished terrace. There is a single room that can easily become a twin bedroom if necessary as the bed opens out to provide a second mattress.
Each bedroom has its own air conditioning, Smart TV, safe, luggage rack, kettle, bathrobes and slippers for your comfort. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, complete the first floor. There is a further single bed in the loft with its own bathroom.

The tower sleeps four guests and acts as a romantic guest house right next to the main house.

The ground floor features breathtaking views over the lake from the various, gorgeous sitting areas. The whole villa is filled with light thanks to the large windows and French doors and you'll find the furnishings of designer quality.
With the modern stereo system, you can organise the music throughout the house, garden and pool area directly from your smartphone. The dining room is spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for recreating some authentic, local dishes.

An extra bathroom and laundry area complete the ground floor.

The gardens are superb and feature a large swimming pool and hot tub for up to 6 people. There is also a useful outdoor shower and plenty of sun loungers for topping up your sun tan. You'll also find a gym and a sauna featuring chromotherapy options.
