Rent villa on lake Como set in the little village of Vassena not far from Bellagio, the villa enjoy breathtaking views from the comfort of a spacious living area and outside terrace or while relaxing poolside in the privacy of the extensive and beautifully maintained villa grounds.  

There is ample space for three automobiles in the villa's park, which is easily accessible from the main road by a private approach. The elegant Villa Kristal is spread on three floors.

Ground Floor: The ground floor is directly accessible from the main entrance via eight steps that take you into a large, tastefully decorated open living area with cozy armchairs, sofas, and small tables to relax in while reading a book or watching TV on the satellite. The six door windows provide breathtaking views of the lake, and the large terrace facing the lake is the perfect spot to eat during the warm summer months. Of course, there's the option to eat indoors with a view of the lake.This floor's kitchen is outfitted with every contemporary appliance to please even the pickiest gourmet cook! 

First Floor: There is an easy staircase (20 steps) to the First Floor. There are three bathrooms with showers (one of which is adjacent to a double bedroom) and five bedrooms (two singles and three doubles) on this floor.
Gorgeous views of the park with its old trees and immaculate lawn, or the lake (full or partial), may be found from every bedroom. Large outside terraces where you may unwind and enjoy your afternoon tea are accessible from three of the bedrooms. 

Second Floor: The luxury penthouse on the second floor, with its spacious private balcony and numerous windows overlooking the lake, is reached after twenty steps. It's the ideal place to celebrate special occasions or have romantic dinners. With its own living and dining area, fully functional kitchen, one double bedroom, one single bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, this penthouse is totally separate from the rest of the villa.
Additionally, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer will be available to you in the lower level. Further, there are two restrooms and one bathroom on this level, which are ideal for you to use while enjoying the pool area, which is just five steps away.

A lovely pergola that's perfect for alfresco lunches is located near the pool.
