VILLA TODINA

Villa Todina is a private estate made up of three charming, independent homes and a main house. Every cottage features a shaded outside dining area, WiFi, a private garden, amazing views, and a plenty of parking spaces. The entire estate has been exquisitely adorned to the greatest standards, maintaining a typical Umbrian character.

In 14 double bedrooms, Villa Todina can accommodate up to 35 guests with ease, as some of the rooms are spacious enough to accommodate an additional single bed.

The Main House
The 350 m2 main home has two suites, a huge double bedroom, and enough space to accommodate eight to eleven guests. A single bed may be added to the double bedroom, which also features an en suite bathroom. While the second suite contains a large double bedroom, a living area (with space for two single beds), and a bathroom, the family suite has two full bedrooms and a bathroom. The first floor also has a studio area.

The ground level features a large dining room with windows overlooking the garden, an open fireplace, a TV room, a games room with a small bar, and a living area with five separate sitting places.

First Cottage (140 m2)

Beside the main home, the First Cottage has five exquisite double bedrooms that may accommodate up to eleven guests. Two of the bedrooms can also accommodate one or two single beds. Every room has its own bathroom and exclusive access to the gardens. Additionally, two of these bedrooms feature a separate terrace.

Second Cottage (100 m2)
Adjacent to First Cottage, the Second Cottage accommodates eight guests with four spacious double bedrooms and separate bathrooms.

Third Cottage (35 m2)
The main bedroom in Third Cottage is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom. If necessary, it would be simple to add another single bed.
