This contemporary six-bedroom villa, which is close to Nerano, is the ideal location for a chic getaway on one of the most well-known Mediterranean coasts. Close to the picturesque village of Nerano and to the Marina del Cantone pebble beach. Nerano is a quaint little fishing village on the Amalfi Coast, located at the point of the stunning Sorrento Peninsula. Nestled in the heart of one of the most pristine and striking regions on the Amalfi Coast, Nerano is a small village nestled into the mountains with views of a charming little harbor below.Notwithstanding its picturesque surroundings, Marina del Cantone is what draws most tourists to Nerano. From the village of Nerano, a steep road descends to Marina del Cantone, where the beach and the glistening blue Mediterranean Sea are adorned with vibrant umbrellas. There are several lidos along the waterfront where you can rent sun loungers and umbrellas. The pebbly beach follows the peaceful harbor's gradual bend. The expansive Massa Lubrense, a hilly hinterland, and an undeveloped, untamed length of seashore lie to the west and south-west of Sorrento. Encircled by olive and lemon trees, the Massa Lubrense is home to hamlets and historic lookout towers that serve as a reminder of numerous invasions over the ages. Located in the slopes below the ridge separating Sorrento from the cliffs on the south, the settlement of Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi gets its name from its dominance over the gulfs that separate Salerno and Naples.Originally designed as a Roman grid of roads, Sorrento's town center is now home to gnocchi-serving eateries and stores offering trinkets with lemon themes. There are, however, lesser-known nooks and crannies off the well-traveled routes. Oldtimers pass the afternoons playing cards in the workingmen's club located in the vaulted Sedile Dominova, which was formerly used as a gathering place for the nobility. Next, there are the typical artisan workshops and medieval palaces, as well as traditional greengrocers and haberdashers gathered behind wooden store fronts.Get inspired by our selection of travel experiences in the area visiting our web page at:
