This stunning home has been expertly restored while maintaining the feel of a traditional Tuscan farmhouse. It is surrounded by the most exquisite old villas in the area. With twelve bedrooms distributed among five apartments, Villa Orange House boasts a cozy ambiance and can host up to twenty-four guests, plus an additional eight.

This stunning house is surrounded by a lush garden filled with orange and lemon trees. It features a fantastic saltwater infinity pool and a spacious poolside area with cozy sun loungers that invite guests to relax. The poolside area provides a serene ambiance, making it the perfect place to soak up the sun and relish carefree times. Additionally, there is a lounge area with couches and parasols for lounging and mingling in the outdoor space, as well as an al fresco dining area.

The ground level is bright and airy, with a big living area that includes a large fireplace and cozy sofas and armchairs for lots of seating. As night falls, get together with your fellow guests by the fireplace to sip on glasses of regional wine. Along with a cozy environment, the bottom level features a huge dining area that can accommodate up to twenty-four people around a large table, as well as a fully functional kitchen that has everything you could possibly need.

Apartment 1: Six people plus two additional guests can stay in this apartment. Three cozy bedrooms—two double beds and one twin room—are located on the first level. Four bathrooms are also located on the first floor (one private bathroom outside the rooms, two en suite bathrooms with shower and tub in the double bedrooms, and one en suite bathroom with shower in the twin room). There is a cozy extra bed available to accommodate the two additional visitors. The apartment's ground floor features a huge dining area, a bright, fully-equipped kitchen, and a roomy living room with a big fireplace and two comfy sofas.

Apartment 2: Four guests plus one more guest can stay in this unit. The apartment is bright and airy, with two cozy double bedrooms—one on the first level and one on the ground floor—and two bathrooms—one with a tub on the first floor and one with a shower on the bottom floor. A kitchenette and a spacious, well-lit living room with a cozy sofa, armchairs, fireplace, and eating space can be found on the ground level. A cozy spare bed can be provided for the additional visitor.

Apartment 3: Four guests plus one more guest can stay in this unit. There are two cozy bedrooms in the apartment, one with a French bed and the other a twin room. The apartment also has two bathrooms: one in the twin room and one en suite to the room with the French bed. Both bathrooms have showers. A cozy spare bed can be provided for the additional visitor. A large, fully functional kitchen with a dining area and a living room complete with two armchairs and a cozy sofa can be found on the ground level.

Apartment 4: Four guests plus one additional visitor can stay in this apartment. Two light-filled bedrooms, a twin room and a double bedroom, are situated on the first floor of the property. Two bathrooms are also included in the apartment: a tub-only bathroom in the twin room and a shower-only bathroom in the double bedroom. The apartment's ground level has a huge living area with a large sofa, fireplace, and dining table, as well as a fully functional kitchen. A cozy spare bed can be provided for the additional visitor.

Apartment 5: With three more guests, this apartment can sleep six people. The apartment comprises three bedrooms: two double bedrooms are situated on the first level, and one twin room is situated on the ground floor. Additionally, the apartment has three bathrooms: a tub-ensuite bathroom in the double bedroom, a shower-ensuite bathroom in the other double bedroom, and an en suite bathroom with a shower in the ground floor twin room.
