This stunning property features an amazing swimming pool and a poolside area with cozy sun loungers allowing guests to relax. It also has large terraces and vast gardens with views of the sea. Three enormous glass doors lead from the garden to the property's winter garden, which is equipped with a top-notch home theater, cozy sofas, and a special pool table. There's a roomy al fresco dining area outside with a big table. There's a private descend from the garden that leads directly to the public beach below. There is a recently constructed private sundeck next to the beach that is shaded by a pergola and has cozy sun loungers on it.

The villa's main floor is filled with natural light and features an open-concept living and dining space with cozy sofas and a sophisticated fireplace, as well as a small lounge, a contemporary kitchen, and a bathroom. The main floor has two roomy double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with showers, both built in the sixteenth century. The large panoramic patio with views of the sea and the private bar area are accessible from both bedrooms, making them the ideal places for intimate stargazing nights.

A long corridor lined with books, a tastefully appointed double bedroom with a spacious shower in the en suite bathroom, and a terrace are all located on the second level. A patio offering expansive views of the sea is accessible from both of the bedrooms. Two further bedrooms with separate entrances and an attached bathroom with a shower are located in the so-called "polveriera," which is located on the level beneath the living area and is surrounded by lemon trees and views of the blue sea.
