With six bedrooms and three floors of en suite bathrooms, Villa Rosa can host up to twelve people.The home is surrounded by a lush garden and features a fantastic pool as well as a sizable sundeck with cozy sun loungers that invite visitors to relax and take in the picturesque view.The sundeck, which offers breathtaking views of the ocean, is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the breeze while sunbathing or sipping a beverage. A huge al fresco dining space with a pizza oven under a pergola's shade and ample lounge areas for lounging and mingling are other characteristics of this quiet villa.
The bottom level of the villa features an expansive open-plan living and dining space with a fireplace and flat-screen TV, all decorated in a gentle, natural color scheme. As night falls, get together with your fellow guests by the fireplace to sip on glasses of regional wine. The ground floor is flooded with natural light and has a study, a half bathroom, and a large fully-equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need for your stay.
Four cozy double bedrooms and one bright twin room, each with an en suite shower bathroom, are located on the first floor. Additionally, the first level has a stunning balcony with a Jacuzzi and stunning views of the ocean. There's also a fully-stocked gym with a sauna on the same floor. A large double bedroom with direct access to a private terrace and an en suite bathroom including a shower can be found on the second level.
All bedrooms in Villa Rosa have flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, wireless Internet connection, air conditioning and heating, and a safe. Along with free amenities and hair dryers in every bathroom, the villa also has a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. Six automobiles can park in the villa's lot. There are stairs and an elevator connecting each floor.
